What is more interesting ... many life forms in deep sea are living longer than any life forms will continue to live untill touched by the super animal -human being...
Living longer is everybody’s dream. Though the average life expectancy of a human being is around 77 years, there is no evidence that the human being can live longer than 125 years. Jeanne Louise calmen , a lady from France holds the highest  record for having lived 122 years, 164 days .
What about the other life forms around us?
*Baring the bacteria which scientist claim that they could revive some of them which are more than 40 million years old , there are many interesting information which I would like to share.
*Sea grass posidonia oceanica in the mediterranean sea  could be up to 100,000 years old.
*Pando tree or clonal colony that has been estimated at 80,000 years old .
*A great basin bristlecone pine called prometheus was measured by ring count at 4,862 years old.
*The giant barrel sponge xestospongia muta in the caribbean is one of the longest-lived animals,  estimated to be in excess of 2,300 years.
*The Koi fish Hanako, died at an age of 226 years on july 7, 1977.
*Whales have lived at least to 211 years of age, making them the oldest mammals.
*Adwaita, a aldabra Giant Tortoise died at the age of 255 in march 2006.
*Lin wang was the oldest Asian elephant in the taipei zoo died at age 86, surpassing the previous record of 84
*Cookie, a major mitchell's cockatoo resident at brookfield zoo, illinois, USA is the oldest member of his species in captivity, at a verified age of 78, as of 2011.
*The oldest living horse on record was a miniature horse of north Carolina lived  over 50 years.

*Dog: At 29 years, black Labrador Bella was thought to be the oldest dog in the UK until her death in September. 
*Cat: Spike, a ginger and white tom, died two months after his 31st birthday in July 2001 – making him the world’s oldest cat.
*Spider: The world’s oldest bird eating spider of Theraphosidae family, which lived up to the age of 28 years
*Rabbit: 14-years old George, from Tewksbury, Massachusetts in the US, was recognised as the oldest rabbit in the world by the Guinness Book of World Records.
*Guinea Pig: The average age for a guinea pig may be between five and eight years, but the official record is 14 years and 10 and a half months.
